1. About Us

Coast Wall Prints (“we”, “our”, “us”) produces and sells made-to-order art prints and frames.

2. Orders & Contract

  • All products are made to order. Your contract with us begins once you place an order and we confirm acceptance by email.

  • Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be processed).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (with equivalents in EUR, USD, AUD where applicable).

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify. We do not store card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship globally using Gelato’s fulfilment network.

  • Orders are produced and shipped as close as possible to your location to minimise delays and carbon emissions.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by region (see our Shipping & Delivery page). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties or local taxes where applicable (except where stated otherwise).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Certain items (e.g. gift cards) are non-returnable. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All images, text, graphics and artwork on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

  • Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction rights.
